Our Programs
The Mission of Our Programs
Together we transform the lives of income qualified homeowners by improving the safety and health of their homes and revitalizing our communities. Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley provides critical repairs, accessibility modifications and energy efficiency improvements for our neighbors in need, including but not limited to seniors, persons living with disabilities, families with school-aged children, and active or retired armed services members.
These services are provided at no cost to the homeowner. Our services ensure that income-qualified homeowners live independently in warm, safe, healthy, and dry homes. We also rehabilitate properties that house qualifying non-profit organizations serving our community. The impact of our efforts extends beyond the individual families and nonprofit organizations we serve, as our work revitalizes and stabilizes vulnerable neighborhoods and communities across Dutchess and Ulster Counties.
Please review application instructions closely and submit appropriate forms by mail, email, or fax. RTHV is a 501c3 nonprofit that receives funding, in part, from federal and local grants, community support, and donated volunteer labor and supplies. There is never a cost to eligible homeowners.Â
