I’ve spent my career serving this community as a Sergeant with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department and as board member for Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley. Throughout my years in law enforcement, I saw how deeply housing conditions impact safety, health, and stability. A broken furnace, unsafe stairs, or a leaking roof can quietly push a family into crisis. That’s why, in February 2026, I stepped into the role of Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley.
