I’ve spent my career serving this community as a Sergeant with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department and as board member for Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley. Throughout my years in law enforcement, I saw how deeply housing conditions impact safety, health, and stability. A broken furnace, unsafe stairs, or a leaking roof can quietly push a family into crisis. That’s why, in February 2026, I stepped into the role of Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley.

Lynn Winkelbauer

Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations of Rebuilding Together Hudson Valley, Lynn oversees the daily business functions across the organization, monitoring processes, implementing policies, and troubleshooting operational issues to maintain smooth workflows and efficiency. Lynn had a long career in Information Technology before moving to the nonprofit world in 2019. Lynn brings her IT skills and passion to help others to RTHV.
